We always take pride in processing your order as fast as possible and aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order (note if order is placed on a Friday after 1.00pm or over the weekend, it will not be processed until the Monday). If there should be a problem or delay with your order we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

U.K. Delivery
We always endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours of receiving your order, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Delivery cost is £3.95

Irish Republic
Delivery is via Royal Mail. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery. The delivery cost is £4.95.

THERE ARE NO CUSTOMS CHARGES PAYABLE ON ANY ORDERS TO REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.

EU Member States
Delivery is via Royal Mail.   We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 - 14 days for delivery. The cost for packages under 1Kg is £6.95. Over 1Kg, there is an additional charge of £5.50 per kilo or part kilo. A receipt will be sent for the additional amount.

The delivery cost does not include any applicable tariffs levied by Customs that may be payable upon importation. These charges must be paid by the Consignee. We have no control over these charges and so unfortunately cannot predict what they may be.

Rest of World
Delivery is via Royal Mail.  We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days. The cost for packages under 1Kg is £12.00 Over 1Kg, there is an additional charge of £10.00 per kilo or part kilo. A receipt will be sent for the additional amount.
