Hopi Ear Candling
One day course teaching students how to use the candles
safely and efficiently, participants will also learn
a face and neck massage sequence that enhances and reinforces
the actions of the Candles.
Two Day Indian Head Massage
Level 2 Anatomy & Physiology is required as a prerequisite.
This course covers positioning, breathing and massage
techniques.
Hot Towel Shave
One day intensive course for hot towel shaving. Equipment,
shaving technique, preparation, health & safety
and male products will be covered. For Beauty Therapists
- Insurance requires a Barbering Extension.
Spray Tanning
One Day Spray Tanning course will cover the basics for
preparation, He-Shi machine setup and maintenance, spraying
techniques with spraygun together with aftercare advice
for a flawless tan.
Basic Manicure Course
One Day course which covers - Nail Disease & Disorders,
Purpose of Manicure treatments, Anatomy of the nail,
Manicuring procedure, Hand & arm massage. The course
is a prerequisite for any Acrylics or Gels training
if no recognised beauty therapy qualification is in
place.
Two Day Gel Course
Covering Anatomy of the nail, Treatable and untreatable
nail disorders, Hygiene, Tip Application, Tip Blending
& Balancing, Correct use of files, Tips and Overlays,
Form fitting, Sculpting with Gel, Finishing, Client
aftercare and retail products.
Two Day Acrylic Course
Covering Nail Shapes, Tip Blending & Balancing,
Tips with L & P, Creating the perfect french tips
with pink and white acrylic, French tips with L &
P, Introduction to maintenance, Removal and prelude
to rebalancing, Client aftercare and retail products.
Acrylic Rebalancing
One Day course - Checking Models’ nails for correct
ratio mix, cracks and other breakages, Rebalancing lesson,
Acrylic Repairs, Maintenance and infills, Removal of
Acrylics or overlays.
Thai Foot & Leg Massage
Two day course covering – foot massage, reflex
points, techniques of thai massage, using the thai stick,
oils used in thai massage and leg massage. This course
can be used for the qualified reflexologist allowing
you to take treatments one step further to enhance holistic
health. Or can be used as an introduction to Reflexology
for those who are interested in developing in this area.
Therapeutic Scalp Massage
One day course with a practical hands on approach and
introduction into Holistic Health. Scalp massage is
ideal for both hairdressers and beauty therapists to
enhance existing treatments. This course covers the
effects of stress on the body, scalp, face muscles and
bones, scalp techniques and movements, grounding and
also home techniques that can be promoted to clients.
Basic Nail Art
A half day course covering basic nail art tools, techniques
and products with focus on practical application and
sales of nail art on top of existing treatments. This
course is suitable for those therapists already qualified
in manicuring.
Advanced Waxing
A half day course with advanced waxing techniques to
the bikini line area. Suitable for therapists who wish
to give their clients the choice between, Californian,
Brazilian or Holywood waxing.
